Nicola Davis has more than 15 years experience as a management consultant and is one of the founding directors of N² Consulting. Nicola has significant business strategy, planning and programme delivery experience, including conducting evaluations of major projects and initiatives. Nicola has worked within the public, private and not-for-profit sector and spent several years at Deloitte before joining N² Consulting.
