N² (squared) Consulting is a boutique management consultancy that helps its ambitious clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors change, improve and grow.

N² (squared) Consulting was founded by Nick and Nicola Davis, who wanted to offer the combination of cutting-edge consulting skills with intimate client relationships. With twenty years experience in 'Big Four' management consultancies between them, the duo are seasoned professionals and possess the drive and expertise to help clients realise their ambitions.

Corporate - We help large, private sector organisations trouble-shoot and improve their business operations - bringing discipline, structured process and new and efficient ways of working. Our team have experience of working with high street retailers, major supermarket chains, global manufacturers, leading IT systems integrators and clients in many other diverse sectors. Public Sector - We have experience of working in complex and political environments and bring the innovation, structure and discipline needed to drive effective change. Our team have experience of working across the Public Sector, including major Government departments (DWP, MOD, DfT, HMRC, the Home Office and others) as well as in regional Government, such as with the London Development Agency (LDA) and Transport for London (TfL).

SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) - We bring rigour, structure, process and discipline to SMEs - giving them the space and clarity to help them work 'on' the business rather than ‘in’ it. In short, blue chip consulting experience made practical and affordable for this market. Previous SME clients include Retail Assist and the Speaker's Academy.

Not-for-profit - We use our corporate experience to help not-for-profit organisations embed proven business techniques to manage their organisation and secure new funding. Together with more general business improvement, we support the development of partnerships with other organisations, and help expand the engagement of volunteers through implementing improved volunteering infrastructure. Previous not-for-profit clients include Nottingham Council for Voluntary Services (NCVS) and Help the Aged.
